Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your email boxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply choose the electronic mail account you want to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
